We provide detailed quotes to repair or replace faulty meters, install meters on un-metered cables, and even offer options for online metering and smart metering. Additionally, we offer quotes for installing pre-paid meters.

Accurate readings of all meters are taken, either physically or remotely. We capture photo evidence of readings using our mobile app. During this process, we identify any problem readings or issues related to the building, such as water leaks or tampering.

We diligently capture all readings into two different systems to ensure accuracy. We check for any differences or variations and investigate any abnormalities before providing tenants’ monthly consumptions and reconciliations to the owner or managing agent. We verify all variations with physical readings.

We email monthly tenant consumption slips to your office in the desired format. Additionally, all slips are available online through our UMFA4U website. You can access historical tenant slips conveniently online as well.

Our dedicated team is here to attend to all tenant queries promptly. We handle queries through telephone conversations, in-person meetings at the tenant’s shop, or by providing detailed explanations via letter. All tenant queries are confirmed and approved by the managing agent/owner.

We provide a range of standard reports accessible through our UMFA4U website. These reports include utility reconciliation statistics, building cost recovery insights, shop billing and usage variances, kWh comparisons, and more.

We actively participate in monthly meetings to discuss recoveries and address problem areas, providing solutions for over/under recovery issues regarding usage and recovery costs.

🏒 Step 9: Municipal Queries and Applications

UMFA handles all municipal queries, investigations, and applications on your behalf. We log discrepancies online and manage the process as part of our service. Any additional costs related to attending meetings, physical visits to the municipality, or arranging site visits will be quoted and charged separately.
